Marketing facts that you must know !
Today, I’m going to tell you about the facts and principles about marketing and economics which I learnt in week 2. This is a project as part of a digital deepak internship
This blog will assist folks who are confused with marketing concepts.
“It’s better to be first in the mind than to be first in the marketplace.”
According to marketing law, word of mouth is the most valuable marketing asset. Marketing is dependent on science since many people believe it is all about creative lines, but marketing begins before the creation of a product. One must understand the needs of the client and design a solution to meet those wants. We must also know who our ideal customer is and reach out to them at the appropriate time and with the appropriate message. Marketing is not only about acquiring new customers but also about giving services to existing customers. Just because we sell our product does not imply the relationship is finished, and it is essential to keep excellent relationships with existing customers. Marketing highly depends on trust. Great products and services sell themselves, but if the product is inferior, strong marketing will destroy the company. The owner must concentrate on product quality, and ultimately customers’ word-of-mouth sells the product itself. Sales, advertising, and copywriting are all components of marketing, but excellent marketing shapes people’s perceptions of the product. Coca-Cola, Apple, and Nike all have strong marketing teams. That is the power of marketing; when people use those products, they feel unique; a good product combined with the correct marketing can work miracles.
Marketing is a strong tool, so use it smartly.
No one can replace the world’s place of marketing in this world if a person learns marketing and sales he has a safe career. The product owner should design marketing strategies. Good communication skills are essential for effective marketing.
People nowadays believe that digital marketing is the only way to go, yet traditional marketing has its own set of advantages. Both marketing branches are equally efficient.
TRADITIONAL MARKETING
Traditional marketing consists of television commercials, banners, newspaper advertisements, and so on. Traditional marketing, on the other hand, may reach the entire country through television advertising. Traditional marketing allows us to build powerful advertising Ads that capture the attention of viewers. Traditional approaches are more sustainable and create a longer effect on viewers’ thoughts.
Some notable examples of TV advertising are the NIRMA ad for washing powder, the Coca-Cola ad, the Cadbury celebration ad, and so on. The taglines of the commercial advertisements are so memorable that people remember them even today. A 30-second TV commercial may be easier to grasp than a three-minute YouTube video.
However, traditional marketing methods are highly expensive, and we have no way of knowing how many people saw the hoarding or ad. As a result, measuring Rate of Interest becomes more complicated.
DIGITAL MARKETING
Making the right offer at the right time and in the right location is what marketing is all about. Today’s generation spends a lot of time online, whether it’s on social media, reading news sites and blogs, or seeking for a solution to a problem. Marketing via digital media is a more cost-effective option than traditional methods.
They have the same impact yet cost a pretty penny. Unlike traditional approaches, which require weeks or months to assess the validity of a campaign, a digital campaign allows you to know how an ad is responding nearly immediately. As a result, calculating the return on investment is simple. Ads and emails in digital marketing are easily adjustable. Businesses may enhance their brand and reputation by using their digital platforms. A well-designed website, a blog with high-quality and useful posts, and a highly involved social media channel are all examples of how a company can grow its brand.
THE CATT MARKETING FUNNEL
Wealth= n^CATT
(n) NICHE, The first thing I learned today in this concept is that whatever we do, we must choose a niche and focus passionately on that specific aim. We will not be able to achieve success if we spread our attention across many different areas. Niche selection is an important factor in our success.
© CONTENT, Our content draws viewers, and generating useful information is a critical component. Our company’s most valuable asset is its content. Lead magnets, posts, webinars, and blogs are all examples of content.
(A) ATTENTION, Driving attention (traffic) to our contents is crucial; we may do so with the use of SEO, Social Media sponsored ads, and referrals.
(T) TRUST, Building audience trust is critical; without it, our viewers will not be converted into consumers. People will not buy our service or product if there is a lack of trust. With the use of emails and retargeting audiences, we can gain people’s trust.
(T) TRANSACTION, A lead cannot be converted into a customer until the transaction process is followed. The entire goal of the funnel was to convert consumers into buyers. Natural sales are when we reach a location where individuals are willing to buy a product in our specialty and they transact. Because transactions generate money for us, it is critical to host a sales webinar or establish a sales website to encourage everyone else to transact.
These are the skills that we need to build wealth. We select a certain specialisation and this funnel increases the wealth we can reinvest anyplace we desire.
INTEGRATED DIGITAL MARKETING
Many individuals complain that simply performing email marketing or SEO, does not result in leads transacting, but as digital marketers, we should use integrated digital marketing techniques, which simply means putting content first and driving attention through paid ads, SEO, and social media. Then, through email marketing, establish trust with leads, and finally, complete the transaction. Integrated digital marketing is used to carry out the catt funnel.
PERSONAL BRANDING
THE BEST KNOWN WILL ALWAYS BEAT THE BEST.
You must promote yourself. People like to hear it from people rather than brands.
People trust a personal brand, therefore it does become a brand ambassador for their products. Many times, a person’s personal brand has a larger following than the company’s. People love to follow inspiring people, and trust develops from there.
Because it is impossible to sell or invest in a person’s personal brand, it cannot be done. A personal brand, on the other hand, can shape many other brands. Building a strong personal brand takes a lot of time, effort, and people’s trust.
As my mentor says, we must implement what we have learned in our life, and it is critical to follow and comprehend the foundations of marketing.
Marketing is a skill that must be developed; one must use and practise the methods in real life. With that, I’d like to conclude my blog; please leave a comment; it would be really welcomed.
